The izi Denture Kit is a handy tool to bond izi dental jewellery to acrylic dentrues when standard equipment for bonding with translucent acrylic is not available. No need for drilling, prepping or melting jewels into acrylic teeth. The jewel is simply glued onto the teeth without any retention pins needed.

The jewel is completely covered by the resin and therefore a smooth surface is obtained that will not irritate the lip or tongue. After the resin is polished, the jewel is visible through the translucent resin and appears to be bonded onto the top surface of the tooth.

The four way file and/or buffer will polish your resin to a lustrous shine if a polishing lathe cannot be used.

izi Denture Kit bonding guide

1. Roughen surface of tooth using sandpaper or diamond bur.
2. Form izi to fit contours of specific tooth.
3. Glue izi in place using izi Resin. (High Shine and clean if necessary)
4. Smooth out drop of resin over izi and tooth.( not to thick or resin will "boil" when cured with activator)
5. Spray thin mist of izi Activator over resin to cure. Spray from +- 30cm. Wait 10 sec and spray again if needed.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until izi is covered sufficiently to be polished.
7. Finish denture and polish.

Note: If porosity present during curing process, trim out bubbles with bur and continue from step 4. Use wax on toothpick or sharp instrument to lift and place izi.
