| Protrim is an abrasive system that simplifies the finishing process of mouth guards, dual laminates, night guards, copings and splints. |

| The Protrim Kit consist of the following: |

| Protrim Abrasive: |
Round abrasive disc of 35mm diameter mounted on a mandrel and used with a straight handpiece
to quickly cut away excess material to required shape and size.

|
|
| Protrim Polisher: |
Round polishing disc of 35mm diameter
mounted on a mandrel and used with a straight handpiece
to smooth edges to the required finish.
|
| |
|
|
| Protrim Liquid: |
Liquid specially formulated to revive
the shine of mouth guard material after being trimmed.
Used with cottonwool or suitable material cloth.

Cut out mouth guard using a scalpel,
scissors or suitable bur. |
| |
|
| 2) |
Use Protrim Abrasive to trim away
|
| |
excess material to required shape
and size |
| |
and round off edges. |
| |
|
| 3) |
Use Protrim Polisher to smooth
|
| |
edges to required finish. |
| |
|
| 4) |
Use Protrim Liquid on cotton wool
and |
| |
wipe edges to obtain a high-shine
finish. |
| |
|
| 5) |
Wash mouth guard with soap and
water and |
| |
touch up dull edges with mini flame
if required. |
